FOOD AND MENU OF ANCIENT EGYPT
Piiiwa is a major food manu in many parts of central Africa. Ancient Egyptians called it theirs as they produced most of the corn from Africa to many parts of the world. It is made up of enlivened corn, Broken and muttered to bits. It is then boiled & mixed with starch. It is then pounded to emulate the softness of fufu - a west African delicacy. Piiiwa is known by the same name With a little different accent in parts of central Africa, eastern & some northern parts of Africa as Piwa . It is now Piiiwa by some west African indigenes.
